Jack London State Historic Park offers a wide variety of free Sunday morning hikes. The hikes are led by volunteer docents and are designed for people that want to explore the park with a friendly group of fellow hikers. We will be doing mostly weekend 2-day, 1 night hikes with plans for 2-3 longer trips over the course of the summer. In 1988, FATRAC was created to work with the California Department of Parks and Recreation in developing and constructing a system of trails within the Folsom Lake and Auburn State Recreation Area (ASRA) near Sacramento.
